Hello Lovelies,

Hope you all are doing well.
So lately I’ve gotten a lot of calls/messages from my friends and acquaintances asking me whether I am okay or what’s wrong with me.

It goes something like this:

  1. What happened?
  2. How did you became so depressed? You had a perfect life.
  3. You are depressed??? Last time I met you, you were completely fine.
  4. Do you have any family issues? Who is the guy? Did he break your heart?
  5. OMG! You are so depressed!! You should get a boyfriend to feel better. (Two of my friends actually came up with this idea) *Eye Roll*
  6. Is it about work?
  7. Did you go to the doctor? Is it like related to some mental disease?
  8. You have Bathmophobia?? How???

And the list goes on.

Life happened, that’s what happened. Isn’t that what it is? Life is not simple. Easy. But you need to go ahead find yourself and peace. To be honest, Sometimes there were no issues in my life, still, I used to feel depressed. Anxious. My life is not perfect, no one’s is.
Coming to the question asked about my family. Well, we all do have family issues, don’t we? My family went through a lot last December 2018. My dad was hospitalized and he was serious. But he came back stronger than ever. I’m so thankful to the doctors.
And to answer the question about guys, I really don’t understand why they have to blame everything on guys? So, it is like if I feel depressed, it has to be because of some guy??

First of all, I’m happily single. No, I don’t have any “guy problem”. No one broke my heart. I don’t need a relationship to feel better. I’m happily single. I do not need a “Boyfriend” to make me feel good.
I think we humans need to learn how to love ourselves. Sure, we all need people to love, share happiness, life, etc. But always being depended on others is not really healthy (My point of view, if you don’t feel the same that’s okay) I’m not saying being in a relationship or being depended on others is wrong . My point is we need to learn to be comfortable in our own company. Try it, it’s peaceful.

Office life? My work life has been hectic. But I enjoy and love it.
And I really don’t know what to say to people who ask these stupid questions like is this depression related to some disease? No, sweetheart, I don’t have any “mental disease”. That’s all I have to say for now.
And yes, I have Bathmophobia. I have mentioned the reasons why I have this phobia in my last post. Please do check out. ๐Ÿ™‚
